Good day , sir since this earlier december i am facing complications like headache ,eye ache , weak spot and at times abdominal agony .i need to show you that 7 months in the past i joined health and fitness center and i started to try to eat twenty five chapatis and a hundred gms of roasted peanuts every day to achieve body weight And that i also
